Tension Control Of Rewinding

Siemens vector converter tension control system. Angle sensor detect tension (dancer roll/ diaphragm cylinder/ proportional valve),to adjust Siemens motor speed and realized high-precious close-loop control.

Press buttons: installed at every key position, emergency stop, start, accelerate and decelerate button (one on main machine, one on touch screen, one on each unwind) security guarantee for operators & conveniently, with CE license.
