    This machine is constructed with turrets unwinding and rewinding units, laminating unit, coating system, driving system, auto-control system, pneumatic system and web guider.

    This machine is designed scientifically and logically for the convenience of maintenance and upgrade with excellent quality.

    Main machine Description

    This machine main machine part is constructed with 76mm wall panels & steel links and processed by CNC gantry milling machining center with fine appearance and high precision frame with strong strength.

    Rollers are designed simple and convenient to clean and install, load-bearing roller has one open mouth which can be lifted and installed through the crane more easily.

    Turret Unwinding Unit

    Tension control of Unwinding: Siemens vector converter tension control system. Angle sensor detect tension (dancer roll/ diaphragm cylinder/ proportional valve), to adjust Siemens motor speed and realized high-precious close-loop control.

    Advantages:

    1.External aluminum alloy heating module design for coating die can prevent carbonation from local high temperature.

    2. Individual temperature adjusting device on 6 different zones which enable partial adjustment and PID adjustment function. Equipped with PT100 platinum temperature sensor of precision up to ± 1.0℃.

    3. Installed with filter device which can improve the quality of coating.

    4. Rail-mounted push device driven by pneumatic cylinder and pressure control valve is adopted the coating die, which is more steady, strong and convenient to adjust forward or backward and up or down.

    NDC is equipped with advanced R&D department and high-efficiency PC workstation with latest CAD, 3D operation software platform, which allow the R&D department run in efficient. Research Lab center is equipped with advanced multi-function coating&lamination machine, high speed spray coating testing line and inspection facilities to provide adhesive spray&coating testings and inspections. We have gained much experience and great advantages in adhesive application industries and new technologies throughout the cooperation of the world’s top enterprises of many industries in adhesive system.
