Unwind

Two-shaft rolling mechanism, put each unwind roller by an independent motor drive, the entire unwind is driven by an independent motor. Each roller are controlled by Siemens PLC program, when the material has been close to the setting diameter, the unwind will automatic rotating and ring at the same time, to make the outer roll material switched.

Tension Control Of Rewinding

Siemens vector converter tension control system. Angle sensor detect tension (dancer roll/ diaphragm cylinder/ proportional valve), to adjust Siemens motor speed and realized high-precious close-loop control. Automatic rewinding, automatic material cutting and splicing which can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce scrap rate and labor intensity.
