This machine is constructed with unwinding and rewinding units, laminating unit, coating system, driving system, auto-control system, pneumatic system and web guidance. This machine is designed scientifically and logically for the convenience of maintenance and upgrade with excellent quality.

1.This machine is constructed with 40mm wall panels & steel links and processed by CNC boring & milling machining center with fine appearance and high precision strength.

2. Lamination roller and lamination rubber roller are rectified by dynamic balance d
evice in G2.5 precision.

3.Main driven:7.5KW/ SIEMENS Motor

4.Driving system: Synchronous belts for general drive

5. Guide wheel process by Aluminum alloy is strong and balanced.

6. Rollers are designed simple and convenient to clean and install.

7. Guiding roller diameter: 120mm, hard alumina roller.

Advantages

1. Tension control of Unwinding: Siemens vector converter tension control system. Angle sensor detect tension (dancer roll/ diaphragm cylinder/ proportional valve),to adjust SIEMENS motor speed and realized high-precious close-loop control.
Adopt 4 sets 180mm width spray die and 4 sets 210mm width spray die, to combine 1560mm spray die, width adjustable.

2. 1560mm spray die fixation structure has up & down distance adjusting fitting, available to adjust the spray effect by distance.

3. All-round 360 production line cutting group stop workflow, enabling automatic tube feeding, automatic feed, automatic cutting, automatic transmission operation.

4. Using KASRY Nesting programming system as a major programming tool, the software programming platform AUTOCAD basic, simple, graphical and intuitive, feature-rich, it can greatly improve operational efficiency.

5. High-end three-dimensional flexible robotic cutting applications, to achieve bevel cutting function, the pipe and the torch using the servo positioning function.
