Main Machine

This machine is constructed with40mm wall panels & steel links and processed by CNC gantry milling machining center with fine appearance and high precision frame with strong strength.

Driving system: Synchronous belts for general drive, low noise, smooth operation.

Guide wheel process by Aluminum alloy and surface was process with hardening treatment and through balance correction.

Rollers are designed simple and convenient to clean and install. load-bearing roller has one open mouth which can be lifted and installed through the crane more easily.

Unwinding Unit

Tension control of Unwinding: Siemens vector converter tension control system. Angle sensor detect tension (dancer roll/ diaphragm cylinder/ proportional valve), to adjust Siemens motor speed and realized high-precious close-loop control.

Unwinding material shaft: 3 unwind material can be raised or lower by hydraulic swing arm to clamping material directly which is easy to operate.

Auto-Rewinding Unit
