The machine is mainly composed of unwinding and rewinding units, laminating unit, glue spraying system, driving system,auto-control system, pneumatic system, web guidance and so on. The whole machine design is scientific and reasonable, especially for the convenience of operation, safety and easy to repair, maintenance, installation and debugging of many details are reflected in the design. Combined with superb installation skills and processes, to create a high quality equipment.

1.This machine is constructed with 40mm wall panels & steel links and processed by CNC boring & milling machining center with fine appearance and high precision strength.

2.Lamination roller and lamination rubber roller are rectified by dynamic balance device in G2.5 precision.

3.Main driven:11KW/ SIEMENS Motor

4.Driving system: Synchronous belts for general drive

5. Guide wheel process by Aluminum alloy is strong and balanced.

6. Rollers are designed simple and convenient to clean and install.

7. Guiding roller diameter: 150mm.

Advantages

1. The machine has an independent Siemens system to provide stable control (PLC1200, touch screen, inverter). It is also equipped with a Siemens 12 “Color Graphic Display Panel” (HMI – Human Machine Interface), which provides the main operating interface on which the operator can set all operating parameters.

2. Each group of spray gun is equipped with a separate atomization pressure adjustment valve directly above the position, which is very convenient to monitor and adjust the atomization pressure of each group of spray gun.

3. Each group of spray gun is designed with an independent spiral air independent heating device, which is the effect of “Z” shaped fiber spray gun forming fiber. High speed operation of hot melt adhesive carbonation reduction and other aspects play an absolutely important guarantee.

The design of the whole machine is scientific and reasonable, especially for the easy operation, safety and easy repair, maintenance, installation and commissioning of many details are reflected in the design.

This model is widely used in filter laminating material, automobile engine, oil filter non-woven composite line.
