The machine is mainly composed of unwinding and rewinding units, laminating unit, glue spraying system, driving system，auto-control system, pneumatic system, web guidance and so on. 1.This machine is constructed with 40mm wall panels & steel links and processed by CNC boring & milling machining center with fine appearance and high precision strength.

2.Lamination roller and lamination rubber roller are rectified by dynamic balance device in G2.5 precision.

Advantages

1. The machine has an independent Siemens system to provide stable control (PLC1200, touch screen, inverter). It is also equipped with a Siemens 12 “Color Graphic Display Panel” (HMI – Human Machine Interface), which provides the main operating interface on which the operator can set all operating parameters.

2. Each group of spray gun is equipped with a separate atomization pressure adjustment valve directly above the position, which is very convenient to monitor and adjust the atomization pressure of each group of spray gun.
