OEM/ODM Supplier Machine Label Glue Coating - NTH1200 Hot Melt Adhesive Coating Machine (basic mode) – NDC Detail:

NDC Coating Head

1. Coating head: NDC slot die with rotary bar. Max. Adhesive coating width 1090mm

2. Individual motor 0.75 KW, drives one ø10mm rotating bar of slot die.

3. External aluminum alloy heating module design for slot die can prevent carbonation from local high temperature.

4. Installed with filter device which can improve the quality of coating.

5. Rail-mounted push device driven by pneumatic cylinder and pressure control valve is adopted the coating die, which is more steady, strong and convenient to adjust forward or backward and up or down.

6. One plate is set under the slot die to avoid dropping glue liquid onto guide roll after shutdown.

7. Except heating rods in coating head, there are top heating plate and bottom heating plate, to make stable working temperature for complete coating head, realizing stable high coating quality in production.

8. Through repeated heating and fine grinding of coating head, we strengthen the stability of the die and make high accuracy of coating, avoiding die deformation caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction in the production, which will effect coating quality.
