Last week, the NDC NTH-1200 hot melt adhesive coating machine which destined for a West Asian country have been loaded, the loading process was at the square in front of NDC Company. The NDC NTH-1200 hot melt adhesive coating machine was divided into 14 parts, which are respectively loaded into 2 containers after precision packaging, and be transported to a West Asian country by railway.
The NTH-1200 model is widely applied in different kinds of label sticker materials coating process, which is mainly used in the production of self-adhesive labels and non-substrate paper labels. Additionally, the machine adopts Siemens vector frequency conversion tension control system, which is used to control the tension of material unwinding and rewinding. Among them, the motor and inverter used by the machine are German Siemens.
At the day when loading containers, there were twelve employees of NDC mainly responsible for the loading, Division of labor of each employee was very clear. Some employees are responsible for moving parts of the machine to the designated location, some are responsible for transporting parts of the machine to the containers by tool vehicles, some are responsible for recording the status of parts of the machine in place, and some are responsible for logistics support work...The whole loading process was carried out in an orderly manner. The summer season with hot weather soon made the staffs sweaty, then the supported staff kindly prepared ice cream to cool them down. Finally, NDC employees worked together and methodically put the machine into containers and fixed various parts of the machine to prevent bumps on the road. The whole of loading process showed strong professionalism, and finally completed the loading task with high efficiency and high standards.
Nowadays, despite the global inflation and the sign of economic recession, NDC continues providing professional equipments and technical solutions to customers over the world.
