NDC Melter

The technical application of hot melt adhesive spraying equipment is a highly professional application skill! The general equipment is hardware, and the application is software, both are indispensable! Successful application cases are important accumulation of technology and experience!

NDC Melter is divided into three series, wind series Melter, rise series Melter and piston pump Melter. Each series of Melter has different capacity specifications for customers to choose. In addition, each Melter will be equipped with different motors and gear pumps according to customer’s requirement.

The working principle of Melter is: the speed of motor of Melter is controlled by the frequency converter of Melter, and then the speed of the gear pump is controlled to produce glue. Among them, the wind series Melter, which by temperature controller is to control temperature of hose and glue gun.

Rise series is equipped with electronic touch screen, customer can check the Melter heating temperature on the touch screen, it generally with large capacity. Our pressing drum Melter also belongs to the rise series, with electronic touch screen. It can heat regular hot melt adhesive and PUR glue. This drum Melter has two sizes, one is 5 gallons and the other is 55 gallons.

Piston pump Melter is mainly used in the packaging industry, such as wet towel cover, different from the wind series and rise series, piston pump Melter does not have a frequency converter and motor, it is through the barometer to adjust the size of the glue amount.

Hot melt adhesive spray system will be different properties of hot melt adhesive loading device to fit with the characteristics of the molten fully melted into liquid, and through the different output supply mode, the hot melt adhesive molten state to the output pipe (professional name: heating insulation pipes) through pipes to different demand of gun, the specific forms of spray adhesive. The whole process needs electronic automatic control system for precise operation.NDC uses special Teflon material inside the melting tank, which can effectively prevent the phenomenon of glue carbonization.
