The NTH1700 Hot Melt Adhesive Coating Machine (Turret Fully-Auto Model) integrates high efficiency, high precision, and intelligent automation, providing a modern solution for high-end coating applications.
The unwind section is equipped with turret double-shaft/shaftless auto-splicing and the rewind section is equipped with turret double shaft auto-splicing，enabling automatic roll change and splicing at full production speed of 300 m/min without speed reduction. This system significantly reduces auxiliary roll-changing time and improves overall production efficiency.
For the key configuration, NTH1700 is equipped with a Siemens control system and industrial computer system, enabling online closed-loop coating thickness monitoring, real-time production data acquisition, and complete production quality traceability.
The tension control system adopts the closed-loop constant-tension system with dancer rollers, combined with EPC (Edge Position Control) automatic web guiding, ensuring stable and precise web handling at high speeds. The entire machine is driven by Siemens motors, providing stable and reliable operation.
